Mr. Cucuel has been affiliated with Kohlberg since 1999 and was named an Operating Partner in 2010.
He is currently Chairman of OB Hospitalist Group, Meadows Behavioral Health, Spire Orthopedic Partners and United Digestive and a member of the board of directors of PCI Pharma Services. Mr. Cucuel was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Critical Homecare Supply and American Homecare Supply, both Kohlberg portfolio companies. He is responsible for investment thesis development, company diligence and portfolio company operations management in the Healthcare Services sector. Prior to his affiliation with Kohlberg, Mr. Cucuel held various senior level management positions at American Home Patient and Home Nutritional Services.
Mr. Cucuel received a B.S. from Boston College.
