Ms. Fett joined Kohlberg in 2023.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Fett was a Principal in the Global Structuring practice at PwC, where she focused on tax planning and structuring for private equity funds and other clients in the financial services industry. Prior to that she worked at EY.
Ms. Fett received a PhD from the University of Amsterdam and an M.Tax and B.Comm from the University of Sydney.
