Mr. Dale is a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Dale joined Kohlberg in 2021. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Dale was with Clayton Dubilier & Rice. Prior to that, he was with Centerview Partners. He is a member of the board of directors of Riveron.
Mr. Dale received a B.A. from Amherst College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
