Ms. Delaney joined Kohlberg in 2020.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Delaney was Manager of Human Capital at Advent International. Prior to that, she worked in Executive Search and Assessment at Russell Reynolds and as Recruiter at Morgan Stanley.
Ms. Delaney received a B.A. from Trinity College.
