Mr. Mao is a member of Kohlberg’s Investment Committee and Credit Committee and is responsible for leading the Firm’s Infrastructure Services practice area. Mr. Mao joined Kohlberg in 2002 and was named a Partner in 2010. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Mao was previously with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Credit Suisse First Boston and Ewing Management Group. He is a member of the board of directors of Area Wide Protective, ENTRUST Solutions Group, GPRS, Senneca and USIC.
Mr. Mao received an A.B. from Harvard College.
