Mr. Better joined Kohlberg as an Operating Partner in 2014. He is currently Chairman of Nellson. Mr. Better is responsible for overseeing the Kohlberg Operational Resource Excellence (“KORE”) Function at Kohlberg. Prior to joining Kohlberg, Mr. Better enjoyed a 30-year career in a variety of consulting and operating roles at Capricorn Holdings, Celerant Consulting, McKinsey & Co. and Whitestone Corp.
Mr. Better received a B.A. from Williams College and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
