Seth Hollander

Mr. Hollander is Senior Partner, Strategy & Capital Raising, and a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee and Investment Committees of Private Equity, Strategic Equity and Credit. He joined Kohlberg in 2001, was named a Partner in 2008 and a Senior Partner in 2024. In his current role, Mr. Hollander contributes to developing the Firm’s investment strategy, leads investor relations and capital raising, and oversees fund administration. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Hollander was with Bear, Stearns & Co. He is a member of the board of directors of Cadence, DecoPac, EngagePEO, Nelipak, Nellson and Sara Lee Frozen Bakery. Mr. Hollander received a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
