Seth Hollander

Mr. Hollander is a Senior Partner and leads Strategy & Capital Raising at Kohlberg. He is a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee and Investment Committees of Private Equity, Strategic Equity, and Credit. Mr. Hollander joined Kohlberg in 2001, was named a Partner in 2008, and a Senior Partner in 2024. In his current role, Mr. Hollander contributes to developing the Firm’s investment strategy, leads investor relations and capital raising, and oversees fund administration. He is a member of the board of directors of Cadence, DecoPac, EngagePEO, Nelipak, Nellson and Sara Lee Frozen Bakery. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Hollander was with Bear, Stearns & Co. Mr. Hollander received a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
