Ron Childress

Mr. Childress has been affiliated with Kohlberg since 2015 and was named an Operating Partner in 2021 and a Senior Operating Partner in 2026. He is currently Chairman of AWP Safety, CLEAResult, ENTRUST Solutions Group, Loenbro, RESA Power, and a member of the board of directors of USIC. Previously he was the President and CEO of Osmose Utilities Services, Inc., a Kohlberg portfolio company. He is responsible for investment thesis development, company diligence and portfolio company operations management in the Services sector. Prior to his affiliation with Kohlberg, Mr. Childress held various senior level management positions during his 34-year career with Osmose.
