Ms. Pearsall joined Kohlberg in 2025. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Pearsall was in the Emerging Growth & Regional Coverage Investment Banking Group at Bank of America. Ms. Pearsall received a B.A. in Politics and International Affairs from Wake Forest University.
