Kate Renwick – Espinosa

Ms. Renwick-Espinosa joined Kohlberg in 2024. She is CEO of Meadows Behavioral Healthcare. Prior to her affiliation with the Firm, Ms. Renwick-Espinosa was President of VSP Vision Care, where she was responsible for vision care and insurance programs serving more than 90 million members, including over half of Fortune 500 companies. Earlier in her career, she served as Chief Marketing Officer of VSP Global, where she built the firm’s marketing function encompassing corporate-level marketing strategies, performance marketing, creative services, corporate communications, public relations, and marketing technology. Ms. Renwick-Espinosa received an M.B.A. from California State University, Sacramento, and a B. S. in Economics from University of California, Davis.
