Joe Repp

Mr. Repp joined Kohlberg in 2024 as an Executive Advisor and was named an Operating Executive in 2025. He supports the Firm’s healthcare team, bringing deep operating experience across diagnostics, life sciences tools, and biopharma. Previously, Mr. Repp served as President of Pall Life Sciences at Pall Corporation, where he also led integration and global operations for Cytiva. Prior to that, he held a series of senior leadership roles at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher company, including President of the Microbiology Division; Vice President and General Manager of the Immunoassay and Molecular Division; Vice President and General Manager of Microbiology; and Vice President of Global Commercial Operations. Earlier in his career, Mr. Repp served as Vice President of Discovery Labware at Becton, Dickinson and Company. Mr. Repp received a B.S. from Binghamton University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Suffolk University.
