Jean Roberts

Ms. Roberts is a member of Kohlberg’s Private Equity and Credit Investment Committees. Ms. Roberts joined Kohlberg in 2011 and was named a Partner in 2019. Prior to being named Chief Operating Officer of Credit in 2025, she spent 14 years sourcing, executing and monitoring transactions as a member of the Firm’s private equity investment team. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Roberts was with North Castle Partners, Berkshire Partners and Goldman Sachs. She is a member of the board of directors of DecoPac, Elevate Outdoor Collective, Meadows, Myers EPS, OB Hospitalist Group, Senneca, and United Digestive. Ms. Roberts received a B.S.B.A. from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
