Jean Roberts

Ms. Roberts joined Kohlberg in 2011 and was named a Partner in 2019. She is a member of the Firm’s Private Equity and Credit Investment Committees. Prior to being named Chief Operating Officer of Credit in 2025, Ms. Roberts spent 14 years sourcing, executing and monitoring transactions as a member of the Firm’s private equity investment team. She is a member of the board of directors of DecoPac, Elevate Outdoor Collective, Meadows, Myers EPS, OB Hospitalist Group, Senneca, and United Digestive. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Roberts was with North Castle Partners, Berkshire Partners and Goldman Sachs. Ms. Roberts received a B.S.B.A. from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
