Wayne Hull

Mr. Hull works within Kohlberg’s Healthcare Practice as an Operating Executive driving transformational technology and marketing initiatives. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Trinity Life Sciences and United States Infrastructure Corporation, representing Kohlberg & Company and Partners Group, respectively.

He is a global digital, technology and marketing transformation expert with over 25 years of operating experience. He has held multiple Managing Director and C-level positions in market-leading companies across Life Sciences and Business Services in US, Europe, Middle East and South Africa.

He most recently served as PCI Pharma Services’ Chief Digital & Technology Officer and was part of the leadership team aligned to the investors for over six years where they transformed PCI into leading global CDMO with a $10 billion successful strategic investment exit through accelerated growth strategies and the critical positioning in bio and pharmaceutical value chains.

After completing Executive Programmes at Harvard Business School and IMD, with an Honors Degree in Industrial Sociology from the University of Cape Town, South Africa, he was the Managing Director of Accenture Digital Africa, Board Member and Operating Executive in a global IoT start-up and Managing Director of Cisco UAE, Qatar, Oman, Pakistan. Prior, he was the General Manager of IBM Systems Technology Group Africa.

He is passionate about social impact and was a Board Member of Christel House South Africa and Teach South Africa and continues play an active role in advancing social impact initiatives. He was also a YPO Board Member of the New Jersey, Cape Town and Emirates Chapters.

He lives in Princeton, USA and previously have lived in South Africa, Switzerland and UAE.
