Wayne Hull

Mr. Hull is an operating executive within the Firm’s Healthcare Practice, where he supports portfolio companies on technology, digital, and market transformation initiatives. He serves on the board of directors of Trinity Life Sciences and USIC. Prior to joining Kohlberg, Mr. Hull served as Chief Digital and Technology Officer of PCI Pharma Services under Kohlberg’s ownership, where he was part of the leadership team supporting the company’s growth and strategic investment exit. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles including Managing Director of Accenture Digital Africa, Managing Director of Cisco across the Middle East, and General Manager of IBM Systems Technology Group Africa. Mr. Hull has over 25 years of operating experience across life sciences and business services. Mr. Hull completed executive programs at Harvard Business School and IMD and received an Honors Degree in Industrial Sociology from the University of Cape Town.
