Christopher Anderson

Mr. Anderson is a Senior Partner and leads the Healthcare Core Practice Area at Kohlberg. He is a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee and the Investment Committees of Private Equity, Strategic Equity and Credit. Mr. Anderson joined Kohlberg in 1998, was named a Partner in 2005 and a Senior Partner in 2024. Mr. Anderson oversees investment activities across Healthcare — spanning white paper-driven sourcing and selection, transaction diligence and execution, and team development — as well as portfolio company management, including portfolio construction, value creation, and operational leadership. He is a member of the board of directors of Cadence, Elevate Outdoor Collective, Nelipak, PCI Pharma Services, Spinal Elements, Trinity Life Sciences and Worldwide Clinical Trials. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Anderson was with Warburg Dillon Read. Mr. Anderson received a B.A. from Princeton University.
