Bartlett (Gus) Harwood

Mr. Harwood joined Kohlberg in 2014 and was named a Partner in 2023. He is a member of Firm’s Private Equity Investment Committee. Mr. Harwood is a member of the board of directors of AWP Safety, CLEAResult, ENTRUST Solutions Group, GPRS, Myers EPS, Nellson, RESA Power, Sara Lee Frozen Bakery, and USIC. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Harwood was with H.I.G. Capital. Prior to that, he was in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr. Harwood received a B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
