Albert Scheer

Mr. Scheer is a member of Kohlberg’s Private Equity and Credit Investment Committees. Mr. Scheer joined Kohlberg in 2017 and leads Kohlberg’s credit investing platform and capital markets efforts. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Scheer was Portfolio Manager at Lone Star Funds where he focused on credit opportunities and special situations. Prior to that, he was with CIT Group, Inc. in their Problem Loan Management group focused on restructurings and credit opportunities. Mr. Scheer received a B. Sc. From the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
