Ms. Adamiak joined the Firm in 2023. Prior to joining Kohlberg, Ms. Adamiak was a Senior Administrative Assistant for Experience Design at Capital One. Prior to Capital One, she was a Travel & Venue Coordinator for The Gap Partnership, a Global Negotiation Consultancy. Ms. Adamiak received her B.A in Political Science, with a concentration in International & Global Affairs from SUNY Binghamton.

Mr. Akapelwa joined Kohlberg in 2023. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Akapelwa was with ICV Partners. Prior to that, he was with Jefferies LLC. Mr. Akapelwa received a B.A. from Michigan State University, an M.S. in Finance from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Anderson is a member of Kohlberg’s Investment Committee and is responsible for leading the Healthcare practice area. In addition to his investing responsibilities, Mr. Anderson also contributes to developing the Firm’s investment strategy and coordinates practice area development and engagement. Mr. Anderson joined Kohlberg in 1998, was named a Partner in 2005 and a Senior Partner in 2024. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Anderson was with Warburg Dillon Read. He is a member of the board of directors of Cadence, Elevate Outdoor Collective, Nelipak, PCI Pharma Services, Spinal Elements, Trinity Life Sciences and Worldwide Clinical Trials. Mr. Anderson received a B.A. from Princeton University.

Mr. Bahor joined Kohlberg in 2024. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Bahor was a Managing Director at Stone Point Capital. Prior to Stone Point, he was with Benefit Street Partners where he focused on private credit. Mr. Bahor started his career at Nomura in the Financial Institutions Group. Mr. Bahor received a B.S. from Washington University in St. Louis.

Ms. Bartley joined Kohlberg in 2023. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Bartley was in the Leveraged Finance Group at Barclays. Ms. Bartley received a B.A. in Sociology and Economics from Colgate University.

Ms. Belcastro joined Kohlberg in 2013 and was named a Compliance Associate in 2016, having previously served in an administrative capacity. Ms. Belcastro received a B.S. from Skidmore College.

Mr. Better joined Kohlberg as an Operating Partner in 2014. He is currently Chairman of Nellson Nutraceuticals and Decopac as well Merchants’ National Properties, a commercial real estate firm. Previously, Mr. Better was the CEO of Nellson and was responsible for overseeing the buildout of Kohlberg’s Operational Resource Excellence (“KORE”) Function. Prior to joining Kohlberg, Mr. Better enjoyed a 30-year career in a variety of consulting, investing and operating roles at Capricorn Holdings, Celerant Consulting, McKinsey & Co. and Whitestone Corp. Mr. Better received a B.A. from Williams College and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.

Mr. Bilmes is a member of Kohlberg’s Investment Committee and Credit Committee and is responsible for leading the execution and monitoring of certain new and existing Kohlberg investments in Credit and Strategic Equity. Mr. Bilmes joined Kohlberg in 2022. Mr. Bilmes was previously a Managing Director at The Blackstone Group, where he was a member of the special situations investing group. He is a member of the board of directors of Solidcore. Mr. Bilmes received a B.S. from The University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Birnbaum joined Kohlberg in 2010 as an Operating Partner. He is a currently a member of the board of directors of Engage PEO and U.S. Retirement Partners. Previously, he served as Chairman of Chronos Life Group (Fund VI), U. S. Risk (Fund VII), U.S. Retirement & Benefit Partners (Fund VIII) and a member of the board of directors of Risk Strategies Company (Fund VII). He is responsible for investment thesis development, company diligence and portfolio company operations management in the Financial & Compliance Services sector. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Birnbaum enjoyed a 30-year career in a variety of consulting and operating roles at Citibank, KPMG, Mercer Management (now known as Oliver Wyman), and AmeriQuest Capital Group. Mr. Birnbaum received both a B.A. and an M.S. from the University of Rochester.

Mr. Bonanno is a member of Kohlberg’s Investment Committee and is responsible for identifying, originating and qualifying new investment opportunities. Mr. Bonanno joined Kohlberg in 2009 and was named a Partner in 2016. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Bonanno was a Vice President of Business Development for the New York based Buyouts team of American Capital. Prior to that, he was with General Electric’s private equity investment arm. Mr. Bonanno received a B.A. from Connecticut College and an M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.

Mr. Buonamassa joined Kohlberg in 2024. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Buonamassa was a Senior Associate in the Asset Management Assurance Practice at PwC. Mr. Buonamassa is from Massapequa, New York. He received a B.B.A. in Accountancy from the Macaulay Honors College at Baruch College, as well as an M.S. in Accountancy from Baruch College. Mr. Buonamassa is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Ms. Burke joined Kohlberg in 2020. She is a member of the board of directors of Spire Orthopedic Partners. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Burke was in the Healthcare Group at Piper Sandler. Prior to that, she was with Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Ms. Burke received a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Accounting from Wake Forest University.

Ms. Cáceres joined the firm in 2022. Prior to joining Kohlberg, Ms. Cáceres was on the Investor Relations team at Coller Capital. Prior to that, she was part of the Asset Management Division at Goldman Sachs. Ms. Cáceres studied Behavioral Studies at Manhattanville College.

Ms. Calderon joined Kohlberg in 2016. Prior to joining the Firm, she was an Executive Assistant at Cutwater Asset Management. Prior to that, she was a Customer Operations Manager at Thomson Reuters and Product Manager at MasterCard. Ms. Calderon received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University.

Ms. Capobianco joined Kohlberg in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Capobianco was an Office Manager at a Wealth Management Firm. Prior to that, she worked at J.F. Lehman & Co. as an Executive Assistant and Receptionist. Ms. Capobianco received an A.A.S. in Advertising and Marketing Communications from The Fashion Institute of Technology.

Ms. Chalik joined Kohlberg in 2022. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Chalik was part of Hamilton Lane’s Product Management team, where she supported investor relations, new product development, and fundraising for the Firm’s equity co-investment and direct credit investment platforms. Prior to Hamilton Lane, Marina was with Senator Investment Group, Hutchin Hill Capital and Visium Asset Management in Business Development and Investor Relations capacities. Ms. Chalik graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations.

Ms. Chang joined Kohlberg in 2022. Ms. Chang received a M.Sc. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a B.A. from Princeton University.

Mr. Childress has been affiliated with Kohlberg since 2015 and was named an Operating Partner in 2021. He is currently Chairman of AWP Safety, CLEAResult, Entrust Solutions Group, RESA Power, and a member of the board of directors of RESA Power and USIC. Previously he was the President and CEO of Osmose Utilities Services, Inc., a Kohlberg portfolio company. He is responsible for investment thesis development, company diligence and portfolio company operations management in the Infrastructure Services sector. Prior to his affiliation with Kohlberg, Mr. Childress held various senior level management positions during his 34 year career with Osmose.

Ms. Chou joined Kohlberg in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Chou was in the Consumer Retail Group at Goldman Sachs. Ms. Chou received a B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Cucuel has been affiliated with Kohlberg since 1999 and was named an Operating Partner in 2010. He is currently Chairman of Spire Orthopedic Partners and United Digestive and a member of the board of directors of PCI Pharma Services. Mr. Cucuel was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Critical Homecare Supply and American Homecare Supply, both Kohlberg portfolio companies. He is responsible for investment thesis development, company diligence and portfolio company operations management in the Healthcare Services sector. Prior to his affiliation with Kohlberg, Mr. Cucuel held various senior level management positions at American Home Patient and Home Nutritional Services. Mr. Cucuel received a B.S. from Boston College.

Mr. Dale joined Kohlberg in 2021. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Dale was with Clayton Dubilier & Rice. Prior to that, he was with Centerview Partners. He is a member of the board of directors of Riveron. Mr. Dale received a B.A. from Amherst College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Ms. DeGraw joined Kohlberg in 2023. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. DeGraw was in the Financial Services Practice at Heidrick & Struggles. Ms. DeGraw received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Delaney is a member of Kohlberg’s Investment Committee. Ms. Delaney joined Kohlberg in 2020 and was named Partner in 2024. As Partner of Talent at Kohlberg, Ms. Delaney partners with the investment and portfolio company management teams on talent acquisition, development and assessment best practices. Before joining Kohlberg in 2020, Ms. Delaney managed Portfolio Human Capital at Advent International. Previously, she was an Executive Search and Assessment professional at Russell Reynolds and began her career in talent acquisition at Morgan Stanley. Ms. Delaney graduated with honors from Trinity College with a BA in History.

Ms. Downey joined Kohlberg in 2021. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Downey was in the Consumer, Food, and Retail Group at Houlihan Lokey. Ms. Downey received a B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Downey joined Kohlberg in 2022. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Downey was in the Healthcare Group at Jefferies Group, LLC. Mr. Downey received a B.S. from the McIntire School at the University of Virginia.

Mr. Farrier joined Kohlberg in 2025 Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Farrier was in the Consumer Group at Macquarie. Mr. Farrier received a B.A. from Colgate University.

Ms. Fett joined Kohlberg in 2023. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Fett was a Principal in the Global Structuring practice at PwC, where she focused on tax planning and structuring for private equity funds and other clients in the financial services industry. Prior to that she worked at EY. Ms. Fett received a PhD from the University of Amsterdam and an M.Tax and B.Comm from the University of Sydney.

Mr. Forrey is a member of Kohlberg’s Investment Committee. Mr. Forrey joined Kohlberg in 2019 as a Vice President, and was named a Partner in 2023. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Forrey was with Snow Phipps Group. Prior to that, he was with Centerview Partners. He is a member of the board of directors of Daybright Financial, Engage PEO, Nelipak, and PCI Pharma Services. Mr. Forrey received a B.A. from Yale University.

Mr. Frank joined Kohlberg in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Frank was a Senior Tax Manager at PwC in the Asset & Wealth Management Tax practice where he focused on tax compliance for clients in the financial services industry. Mr. Frank received a B.B.A. in Accounting from Siena College and Masters in Taxation from Baruch College.

Mr. Frieder is the Managing Partner of Kohlberg and a member of the Investment Committee, the Credit Committee and the Executive Committee. He joined the Firm in 1989, was made a Partner in 1995 and named Managing Partner in 2006. Mr. Frieder oversees all aspects of the Firm’s investment activities, personnel decisions and other internal operational and administrative matters. He is a member of the board of directors of Area Wide Protective, Cadence, CLEAResult, DecoPac, Elevate Outdoor Collective, EngagePEO, ENTRUST Solutions Group, MarketCast, Meadows Behavioral Health, Nelipak, Nellson, OB Hospitalist Group, Parts Authority, PCI Pharma Services, RESA Power, Senneca, Spinal Elements, Spire Orthopedic Partners, Trinity Life Sciences, United Digestive and Worldwide Clinical Trials. Mr. Frieder received an A.B. from Harvard College.

Mr. Frier joined Kohlberg in 2024. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Frier was with Sentinel Capital Partners. Prior to that, he was with Houlihan Lokey. He is a member of the board of directors of CLEAResult. Mr. Frier received a B.A from the University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Geng joined Kohlberg in 2024. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Geng was a Manager in the FSO Consulting practice at EY. Prior to that, she was a Manager in the Asset Management Assurance practice at PwC. Ms. Geng received a B.S. degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University, Master degree in Public Accountancy from Fordham University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Gewanter joined Kohlberg in 2018. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Gewanter was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Whippoorwill Associates, Inc. Prior to that, he worked in the Legal and Compliance Department at Credit Suisse and as a lawyer at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Kaye, Scholer, Fierman, Hays & Handler, LLP. Mr. Gewanter received a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and a B.A. from Brandeis University.

Mr. Gilson joined Kohlberg in 2022. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Gilson was a Manager in the Asset Management Assurance practice at PwC. Mr. Gilson received a B.S. degree in Accounting, with a concentration in Finance, from Binghamton University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Kevin Gordon is a Kohlberg Operating Executive and serves on the board of directors of Worldwide Clinical Trials. He is currently a member of the board of directors at Progyny, Inc. (NSDQ: PGNY) and Q Holdco Limited. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Quintiles Transnational (now IQVIA), President and Chief Financial Officer of Liquidia Technologies, Inc. and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Teleflex Incorporated. He served as a director at Veracyte, Inc. (NSDQ: VCYT), Sanisure, LLC and Cirtec Medical Corporation. He began his career at KPMG after earning a B.S in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.

Mr. Hale has been affiliated with Kohlberg since 2019 and was named an Operating Partner in 2021. He is currently CEO of Parts Authority, Executive Chairman of Senneca, and Chairman of Myers EPS. He is responsible for investment thesis development, company diligence and portfolio company operations management in the Industrial Services sector. Prior to his affiliation with Kohlberg, Mr. Hale served as President & CEO of Hayward Industries; President & CEO of Brooks Instrument; and EVP of Victaulic Company. Earlier in his career, he held various senior-level executive positions with Emerson Electric. Mr. Hale received a Sc. B. from Brown University; an M.S. from University of California, Berkeley; and an M.B.A. from Rutgers Graduate School of Management.

Ms. Hanson joined Kohlberg in 2021 as a Vice President. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Hanson was with Bridgepoint Group. Prior to that, she was with Investcorp International and Deutsche Bank. She is a member of the board of directors of OB Hospitalist Group, Trinity Life Sciences, and United Digestive. Ms. Hanson received a B.A. from Middlebury College.

Mr. Harwood is a member of Kohlberg’s Investment Committee. Mr. Harwood joined Kohlberg in 2014, and was named a Partner in 2023. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Harwood was with H.I.G. Capital. Prior to that, he was in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He is a member of the board of directors of AWP Safety, CLEAResult, ENTRUST Solutions Group, GPRS, Myers EPS, Nellson, RESA Power, Sara Lee Frozen Bakery, and USIC. Mr. Harwood received a B.A. from Vanderbilt University.

Mr. Herron joined Kohlberg as an Operating Executive in 2024. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Blusky, ENTRUST, CLEAResult, and RESA Power. Previously, Mr. Herron was the CFO of Osmose Utilities Services under Kohlberg’s ownership, and was a member of the Board of Directors of GPRS. He is responsible for portfolio company diligence and operations management focused on the finance and accounting functions. Mr. Herron enjoyed a 40-year career in a variety of executive, finance, M&A and operating roles across multiple industries. His experience prior to joining Kohlberg includes CFO roles with successful investor exits at portfolio companies owned by multiple private equity sponsors in industrial services, logistics and health care industries.

Mr. Herron received both B.A. and M.B.A degrees from Vanderbilt University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mr. Hill joined Kohlberg in 2020. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Hill was in the U. S. Direct Lending group at Alcentra, focused on credit opportunities and direct lending. Prior to Alcentra, he was with Lone Star Funds where he focused on credit opportunities and special situations. Mr. Hill started his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a High Yield Research Analyst. Mr. Hill received a B.S. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Mr. Hollander is a member of Kohlberg’s Investment Committee, Credit Committee and Executive Committee. Mr. Hollander contributes to developing the Firm’s investment strategy, leads investor relations and capital raising, and oversees fund administration. Mr. Hollander joined Kohlberg in 2001, was named a Partner in 2008 and a Senior Partner in 2024. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Hollander was with Bear, Stearns & Co. He is a member of the board of directors of Cadence, DecoPac, EngagePEO, Nelipak, Nellson and Sara Lee Frozen Bakery. Mr. Hollander received a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Mr. Hull is Chief Digital & Technology Officer of PCI Pharma Services and serves on the Board of Directors of Trinity Life Sciences and United States Infrastructure Corporation.  A global digital, technology and marketing transformation expert with over 25 years of operating experience, Mr. Hull is in the top 1% globally in the digital transformation field and approved in 2019 through the U.S. 01 visa for “extraordinary ability in business and recognized nationally or internationally.” Mr. Hull has held multiple Managing Director and C-level positions and specializes in transformational technology and marketing initiatives in market-leading companies, particularly within the private equity sector across Life Sciences and Business Services.

After completing Executive Programmes at Harvard Business School and IMD, with an Honors Degree in Industrial Sociology from the University of Cape Town, South Africa, Mr. Hull was the Managing Director of Accenture Digital Africa, Board and Operating Director in a global IoT start-up, Managing Director of Cisco UAE, Qatar, Pakistan, and General Manager of IBM Systems & Technology Group Africa. Mr. Hull is passionate about social impact and was a Board Member of Christel House South Africa from 2018-2024 and Teach South Africa from 2013-2018. He was also a Chapter Board Member of the Young Presidents Organisation (YPO) from 2011-2024. He lives in the USA and previously has lived in South Africa, Switzerland and UAE.

Ms. Ikone joined Kohlberg in 2005 and was named Director of Accounting in 2008. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Ikone was a tax accountant for Kisco Management Corp. From 1998–2002, she was with Hascoe Associates, Inc. in Greenwich, CT. Prior to that, she was with First Spring Corp. in New York. Ms. Ikone received a B.S. from Herbert H. Lehman College.

Mr. Jack joined Kohlberg as a Fleet Operating Executive in 2025.

He is responsible for conducting portfolio company diligence and supporting management teams on strategic fleet-related initiatives. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Jack founded KenetIQ, a fleet-management consulting firm, and spent twelve years as Vice President of Fleet Operations at Verizon. Prior to that, Mr. Jack held several management roles at Con Edison, where he worked for seventeen years.

Mr. Jack received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from New York University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Mr. Jaidev joined Kohlberg in 2023. Prior to joining Kohlberg, Mr. Jaidev was a Director at BlackRock, responsible for fundraising and investor relations within BlackRock’s private markets business. Mr. Jaidev received a B.A. in History and Economics from Northwestern University.

Ms. Jakubek joined Kohlberg in 2024. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Jakubek was a Paralegal in the National Commercial Services division at First American Title Insurance Company. Prior to that, she worked for Betensky Law, PLLC and Acadia Realty Trust. Ms. Jakubek holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.

Mr. Jennings has been affiliated with Kohlberg since 2011 and was named an Operating Partner in 2020. He is currently Chairman of PCI Pharma Services, Spinal Elements, Trinity Life Sciences and Worldwide Clinical Trials, Executive Chairman of Cadence and a member of the board of directors of Nelipak. Previously, he served as Chairman, CEO & President of Phillips- Medisize and as a member of the board of Spectrum Plastics Group and e+Cancer-Care, all past Kohlberg portfolio companies. He is responsible for investment thesis development, company diligence and portfolio company operations management in the Pharmaceutical/Medical Products & Services sector. Prior to his affiliation with Kohlberg, his senior executive positions included CEO of CoJen Pharma (renamed Covis Pharma); President, North America for Teleflex Incorporated; President & CEO of BioEnterprise; and various senior-level management positions at Cardinal Health, Allegiance Corp., and Baxter International. Mr. Jennings received an M.B.A. from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business and a B.S. from Miami (Ohio) University.

Mr. Johnson joined Kohlberg in 2023. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Johnson was in the Natural Resources Group at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Johnson received an A.B. from Harvard College.

Ms. Kalenka joined Kohlberg in 2019 and was named a Vice President in 2022. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Kalenka was with Tengram Capital Partners. Prior to that, she was with Financo. She is a member of the board of directors of Spinal Elements, DecoPac and Sara Lee Frozen Bakery. Ms. Kalenka received a B.S.B.A from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School.

Mr. Kamford joined Kohlberg in 2021 and was named a Managing Director in 2023. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Kamford was with the Financial Sponsors and Financial Institutions investment banking groups at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Kamford received an A.B. from Bowdoin College and an M.B.A. from the NYU Stern School of Business.

Ms. Keller joined Kohlberg in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Keller ran Creative Waves, a qualitative research consulting business servicing Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Creative Waves, Ms. Keller worked for Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide Advertising and Manufacturers Hanover Trust. She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Rochester.

Ms. Kim joined Kohlberg in 2021. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Kim was a Director in the Asset Management Assurance practice at PwC. Ms. Kim received a B.S. degree in Commerce from University of Virginia and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Kim joined Kohlberg in 2023. Most recently, Ms. Kim was at Segal Savad. Prior to that, she specialized in Events for the Rainbow Room and Hyatt Hotels. Ms. Kim holds a B.S. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from University of Massachusetts – Amherst.

Ms. Kim joined Kohlberg in 2017. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Kim was a Manager in the Risk & Regulatory Advisory group of PricewaterhouseCooper’s New York office starting in 2010 where she provided regulatory management consulting services to asset management clients including hedge and private equity fund clients. Prior to that, she served as a Compliance Director at Third Point, a hedge fund investment adviser, as well as serving in various compliance positions within the asset management groups of HSBC and Deutsche Bank. She began her compliance career as a Securities Compliance Examiner within the Investment Management Division of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. Ms. Kim received a B.B.A. from Baruch College – The City University of New York.

Ms. Klauberg joined Kohlberg in 2024. Most recently, Ms. Klauberg was with Francisco Partners. Prior to that, she was with Morgan Stanley and prior to that, she worked as a teacher in Shenzhen, China. Ms. Klauberg received a B.A. from Duke University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Kohlberg co-founded Kohlberg in 1987 and remains a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee. Mr. Kohlberg was named Chairman in 2007 and devotes the majority of his time to outside activities, which include investing and overseeing a portfolio of venture capital investments in media, tech, film production and non-profit initiatives. Prior to co-founding the Firm, Mr. Kohlberg was with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. and Merrill Lynch & Co. Mr. Kohlberg holds a B.A. from Golden Gate University and an M.B.A. from New York University.

Mr. Kono joined Kohlberg in 2019. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Kono was with The Blackstone Group within the Secondary Private Equity and Hedge Fund Solutions divisions. Mr. Kono received a B.A. with Honors from Trinity College.

Mr. Lillibridge joined Kohlberg in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lillibridge was in the Consumer & Retail Group at William Blair. Mr. Lillibridge received a B.A. from Yale University.

Ms. MacGregor joined Kohlberg in 2021. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. MacGregor was with Oak Hill Capital within the Investor Relations team. Prior to that, she was with Varadero Capital within the Investor Relations team. Ms. MacGregor started her career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Ms. MacGregor received a B.A. with Honors from Washington and Lee University.

Mr. Mackie joined Kohlberg in 2022. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Mackie was with Percheron Capital. Prior to that, he was with Barclays Investment Bank. Mr. Mackie earned a B.A. in Mathematics with a second major in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.

Ms. Manecky joined Kohlberg in 1993. Prior to joining the Firm, she was an administrative assistant in the Marketing Department of the Beverages and Post Cereals divisions of Kraft Foods. Ms. Manecky received an A.A.S. from Berkeley College.

Mr. Mao is a member of Kohlberg’s Investment Committee and Credit Committee and is responsible for leading the Firm’s Services practice area. In addition to his investing responsibilities, Mr. Mao also contributes to developing the Firm’s investment strategy, portfolio construction and pipeline development. Mr. Mao joined Kohlberg in 2002, was named a Partner in 2010 and a Senior Partner in 2024. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Mao was previously with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Credit Suisse First Boston and Ewing Management Group. He is a member of the board of directors of AWP Safety, BluSky, CLEAResult, ENTRUST Solutions Group, GPRS, Myers EPS, RESA Power, Riveron, Sara Lee Frozen Bakery, Senneca and USIC. Mr. Mao received an A.B. from Harvard College.

Mr. Mardirossian is a member of Kohlberg’s Investment Committee, Credit Committee and Executive Committee and is responsible for overseeing the Firm’s financial, compliance and administrative functions and works closely with the investor relations team. Mr. Mardirossian joined Kohlberg in 1996, was named Chief Financial Officer in 1999, a Partner in 2005 and Chief Operating Officer in 2013. Prior to joining the Firm, he managed the accounting and administration of private investment partnerships and several funds of funds for McKinsey & Company and was with Paneth, Haber & Zimmerman, a public accounting firm. Mr. Mardirossian received a B.B.A. and an M.B.A. from Pace University.

Ms. Maser joined Kohlberg in 2022. Prior to joining the Firm, she was an Executive Assistant at First Reserve Corporation. She holds a BT in Agriculture from SUNY Cobleskill.

Mr. McKinney joined Kohlberg in 2018 and was named a Managing Director in 2024. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. McKinney was in the Industrials Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He is a member of the board of directors of Cadence, Trinity Life Sciences and Worldwide Clinical Trials. Mr. McKinney received a B.S. from Boston College.

Ms. McNiff joined Kohlberg in 2023. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. McNiff was in the Healthcare Group at Piper Sandler. Ms. McNiff received a B.A. from Washington and Lee University.

Ms. Meczkowska joined Kohlberg in 2021. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Meczkowska was part of the Financial Advisory Services practice at RSM US LLP. Ms. Meczkowska received a BBA from Baruch College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Molloy joined Kohlberg in 1994. Prior to joining the Firm, she was a middle school Social Studies teacher. Ms. Molloy received a B.A. from SUNY Cortland in Elementary Education, NY State dual certification with a concentration in History, K-12.

Mr. Montoya joined Kohlberg in 2025. Prior to joining Kohlberg, Mr. Montoya was a Director at GoldenTree Asset Management, responsible for fundraising and investor relations amongst GoldenTree’s global private wealth relationships. Mr. Montoya received his B.S.B.A. with Honors from The University of Richmond.

Ms. Noe joined Kohlberg in 2023. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Noe was in the Media & Communications Investment Banking Group at J.P. Morgan. Ms. Noe received a B.B.A. from Texas A&M University.

Ms. O’Reilly joined Kohlberg in 2013. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. O’Reilly was a Business Account Manager for the Global Information Shared Services business unit at Sony Corporation of America. From 2004 – 2008, she was Manager of Desktop & Back Office Services at Stamford Hospital in Stamford, CT. Prior to that, she served as an independent consultant and worked in various communications and networking positions in retail, e-commerce, and consumer services. Ms. O’Reilly received a B.S. from the Thomas J. Watson School of Engineering at Binghamton University.

Ms. Palermo joined Kohlberg in 2021. Prior to joining the Firm, she was an Executive Assistant at ProAmpac. Prior to ProAmpac, she held positions as Visual Manager and Executive Assistant at The Jones Group. Ms. Palermo studied Voice and Opera at the Conservatory of Music at Purchase College, SUNY.

Ms. Pearsall joined Kohlberg in 2025. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Pearsall was in the Emerging Growth & Regional Coverage Investment Banking Group at Bank of America. Ms. Pearsall received a B.A. in Politics and International Affairs from Wake Forest University.

Ms. Perez joined Kohlberg in 2021. Prior to joining the Firm, she wrote copy for the Marketing Department at the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara. She held positions at the Guadalajara Film Festival and was the Attaché to the Secretary General of the Canadian Olympic Committee during the Pan American Games in Jalisco, Mexico. Ms. Perez comes from Baja California Sur, Mexico and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Jalisco.

Mr. Peteka joined Kohlberg in 2024 and is part of the Firm’s credit investing platform. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Peteka was with Alcentra in the U.S. Private Credit group. Prior to that, he was an investment professional at SLR Capital Partners where he focused on middle market direct lending and venture debt. Mr. Peteka holds a B.B.A. from the Villanova University School of Business.

Ms. Preiser joined Kohlberg in 2022. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Preiser was Associate General Counsel at Millennium Management, LLC. Prior to that, she was part of the Legal and Compliance Department of BlackRock, Inc. and practiced as a lawyer at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP. Ms. Preiser received a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.

Mr. Prevot has been affiliated with Kohlberg since 2008 and was named an Operating Partner in 2013. He is currently Chairman of Nelipak and a member of the board of directors of Cadence and Elevate Outdoor Collective. In addition to his role as Operating Partner, Mr. Prevot is also a member of Kohlberg Operational Resource Excellence (“KORE”), where he mentors and supports CEOs in developing their leadership and management skills. Previously Mr. Prevot was the Chief Executive Officer of Packaging Dynamics, Inc. and Chairman of Spectrum Plastics Group, both Kohlberg portfolio companies. He is responsible for investment thesis development, company diligence and portfolio company operations management in the Consumer & Food and Packaging sectors. Prior to his affiliation with Kohlberg, Mr. Prevot held various management positions at Graham Packaging Company, The Gillette Company, Procter & Gamble and American Can Company. Mr. Prevot received an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a B.A. from Williams College.

Mr. Prillaman joined Kohlberg in 2024. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Prillaman was in the Biopharma Group at Guggenheim Securities. Mr. Prillaman received a B.A. from Dartmouth College.

Ms. Raczynski joined Kohlberg in 2020. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Raczynski was Head of Sustainability of Nuveen. She is a member of the board of directors of CLEAResult. Ms. Raczynski received a M.Sc. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University, an M.A. from New York University and a B.A. from University of California at Los Angeles.

Mr. Regent joined Kohlberg in 2014 and was named Chief Financial Officer in 2021. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Regent was an Audit Senior Manager in the Asset Management practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers’s New York office. Mr. Regent received an M.S. in Management from the Bordeaux Business School, Bordeaux, France.

Ms. Renwick-Espinosa joined Kohlberg in 2024. She is CEO of Meadows Behavioral Healthcare (MBH), a network of specialized behavioral healthcare programs, individualized addiction recovery centers, and acute psychiatric care centers. Prior to MBH, Ms. Renwick-Espinosa was President of VSP Vision Care, the largest vision benefits company. She was accountable for vision care and insurance programs covering 90M members, delivering vision care to 56% of Fortune 500 companies. Earlier, as Chief Marketing Officer of VSP Global, Ms. Renwick-Espinosa built VSP’s marketing function responsible for corporate-level marketing strategies, performance marketing, creative services, corporate communications, public relations, and marketing technology. Ms. Renwick-Espinosa received an MBA from California State University, Sacramento, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from University of California, Davis.

Ms. Roberts is a member of Kohlberg’s Investment Committee. Ms. Roberts joined Kohlberg in 2011 and was named a Partner in 2019. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Roberts was with North Castle Partners LLC. Prior to that, she was with Berkshire Partners LLC and Goldman, Sachs & Co. She is a member of the board of directors of DecoPac, Elevate Outdoor Collective, Meadows, Myers EPS, OB Hospitalist Group, Senneca, and United Digestive. Ms. Roberts received a B.S.B.A. from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Rubio joined Kohlberg in 2024. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Rubio was an Associate in the Corporate Finance Advisory group at Wells Fargo. Prior to that, he was a Research Analyst in the Research & Statistics group at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Mr. Rubio received a B.A. in Economics from Yale University.

Mr. Scheer is a member of Kohlberg’s Investment Committee and Credit Committee. Mr. Scheer joined Kohlberg in 2017 and leads Kohlberg’s credit investing platform and capital markets efforts. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Scheer was Portfolio Manager at Lone Star Funds where he focused on credit opportunities and special situations. Prior to that, he was with CIT Group, Inc. in their Problem Loan Management group focused on restructurings and credit opportunities. Mr. Scheer received a B. Sc. From the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

Ms. Scott joined Kohlberg in July 2007. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Scott worked as a staff accountant for Kisco Management Corp starting in 1996. Ms. Scott received a BBA from Pace University.

Mr. Sharkey joined Kohlberg in 2025. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Sharkey was a Vice President in the Transaction Liability Group at NFP. Prior to that, he was with Marsh JLT Specialty. Mr. Sharkey received a BBA from Iona University.

Mr. Simone joined Kohlberg as an IT Operating Executive in 2021. He is responsible for conducting portfolio company diligence and supporting management teams on strategic IT related initiatives. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Simone founded Delphi Partners Advisory, an IT and Digital advisory firm focused on serving the Private Equity industry. Prior to Delphi Partners Advisory, he spent eight years as Chief Information and Business Transformation Officer at The Nature’s Bounty Company. Prior to that, Mr. Simone held a variety of roles, both domestic and international, at Procter and Gamble. Mr. Simone received a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Padova, Italy.

Mr. Slutsky joined Kohlberg in 2022. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Slutsky was with Harvest Partners. Prior to Harvest, he was with Kelso & Company. Mr. Slutsky started his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. He is a member of the board of directors of Solidcore. Mr. Slutsky received a B.S. from Brown University.

Mr. Sobel joined Kohlberg in 2025. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Sobel was in the Natural Resources Group at M.Klein & Company. Mr. Sobel received a B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mrs. Steeves-Kiss joined Kohlberg in 2023. She is responsible for digital transformation and commercial excellence across the portfolio. Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Steeves-Kiss served as Chief Experience Officer of Rock Family of Companies, leading the Rocket platform team including senior leaders of data intelligence, product, and design. Prior to Rock, she was the CEO of Dictionary.com. Prior to Dictionary.com, Mrs. Steeves-Kiss held a variety of Chief Marketing roles at Repairpal.com, Shaklee Corp, Schiff Nutritional International, and Procter & Gamble. Mrs. Steeves-Kiss received a Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University.

Mr. Sweitzer has been affiliated with Kohlberg since 2020 as the CFO of Senneca Holdings, and was named Operating Partner, CFO Services of Kohlberg in 2022. He is responsible for supporting the Office of the CFO across the portfolio and assisting in financial diligence. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sweitzer served as CFO of Champion Windows, Vice President at Development Specialists, Inc., where he held many interim CFO roles, and started his career at American Express. Mr. Sweitzer received a B.S. in Accounting from Kent State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Usuga joined Kohlberg in 2023. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Usuga was in the Energy Group at Wells Fargo Securities. Mr. Usuga received a B.B.A from The University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Vidick joined Kohlberg in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Vidick was Vice President of Operations at Wafra Inc. Prior to that, he worked at Barclays as Internal Auditor and at PwC as Auditor in the Asset Management practice. Mr. Vidick earned a BS in Economics from the University of Liège and a Master in Finance from HEC-Ulg. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Wahla is a member of Kohlberg’s Investment Committee. Mr. Wahla joined Kohlberg in 2006 and was named Partner in 2014. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Wahla was with Lazard Frères. He is a member of the board of directors of BluSky, MarketCast, Riveron and Spire Orthopedic Partners. Mr. Wahla received a B.A. from Northwestern University.

Bill Welch is a board member of Cadence, part of PCI’s advanced drug delivery team, and supports the Kohlberg healthcare team with his experience in a range of services to bio-pharma, diagnostics, and medtech customers.

Prior roles include serving as Chief Technology Officer of Phillips-Medisize until December 2021. Soon after joining Phillips-Medisize in 2002, he assumed leadership of their pre-production services organization, which grew into a 900-person team spanning front-end innovation, development, and new product introduction. As part of the executive team, he was core to the transition from a domestic founder-held component maker to a global device CDMO under Kohlberg sponsorship from 2010-2014, including the transformational acquisition of Medisize in 2011 with 5 European locations. Under Kohlberg and thereafter, he was active in the company’s merger and acquisition activity, including as business lead for the search, acquisition, and integration of contract development and manufacturing locations in China and Denmark.

Prior to joining Phillips-Medisize, Mr. Welch worked 12 years in the Tier 1 automotive and electronics industries, in technical,
supervisory, and business unit leadership roles. Mr. Welch received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from University of Minnesota Duluth.

Mr. Wildstein is a Senior Advisor and a member of Kohlberg’s Investment Committee. Mr. Wildstein joined Kohlberg in 1994 and was a Partner from 1999 to 2024. Prior to joining the Firm, he was with Dean Witter Reynolds. Mr. Wildstein holds a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Wilson joined Kohlberg in 2023. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Wilson was in the Consumer Group at Piper Sandler. Mr. Wilson received a B.A. from Boston College.

Mr. Woodward is the Chief Investment Officer of Kohlberg and a member of the Investment Committee, the Credit Committee and the Executive Committee. He joined Kohlberg in 1996, was named a Partner in 2001 and became Chief Investment Officer in 2010. As the Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Woodward is responsible for managing the Investment Committee process for new investments, including portfolio construction strategy, oversight of the Firm’s due diligence efforts, ESG, talent development and close interaction with the transaction and monitoring teams. Mr. Woodward is a member of the board of directors of Area Wide Protective, BluSky, CLEAResult, Elevate Outdoor Collective, EngagePEO, ENTRUST Solutions Group, MarketCast, Meadows Behavioral Health, Myers EPS, Nelipak, Nellson, OB Hospitalist Group, Parts Authority, PCI Pharma Services, Riveron, RESA Power, Sara Lee Frozen Bakery, Senneca, Spinal Elements, Spire Orthopedic Partners, Trinity Life Sciences and Worldwide Clinical Trials. Ms. Wysmuller joined Kohlberg in 2007. Prior to joining the Firm, she supervised a human resources case management team at Mellon Financial Corporation. Ms. Wysmuller received a B.S.B.A. from Kenan-Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Mr. Yu is a member of Kohlberg’s Investment Committee. Mr. Yu joined Kohlberg in 2015 and was named a Partner in 2023. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Yu was in the Financial Sponsors Group at Deutsche Bank. He is a member of the board of directors of Myers EPS, Parts Authority, RESA Power, Riveron, and Senneca. Mr. Yu received a B.A. from Cornell University.

Mr. Zale joined Kohlberg in 2021. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Zale was Senior Client Services Engineer and Client Services Team Lead at Richard Fleischman and Associates (RFA). At RFA, he was a dedicated field resource to Kohlberg & Company, delivering IT services and managing Cybersecurity projects as a contractor. Mr. Zale received a B.S in Computer Science from Siena College.
