Jennifer Steeves Kiss

Mrs. Steeves-Kiss joined Kohlberg in 2023. She is responsible for digital transformation and commercial excellence across the portfolio. Prior to joining the Firm, Mrs. Steeves-Kiss served as Chief Experience Officer of Rock Family of Companies, where she led the Rocket platform team, including senior leaders across data intelligence, product, and design. Prior to Rock, she was the CEO of Dictionary.com. Earlier in her career, Mrs. Steeves-Kiss held senior marketing roles at Repairpal.com, Shaklee Corp, Schiff Nutritional International, and Procter & Gamble. Mrs. Steeves-Kiss received a B.A. from Queen’s University.
