Matthew Jennings

Mr. Jennings has been affiliated with Kohlberg since 2011 and was named an Operating Partner in 2020 and a Senior Operating Partner in 2026. He is currently Chairman of PCI Pharma Services, Spinal Elements, Trinity Life Sciences and Worldwide Clinical Trials, Executive Chairman of Cadence and a member of the board of directors of Nelipak. Mr. Jennings is responsible for investment thesis development, company diligence, and portfolio company operations management in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Products and Services sector. Previously, he served as Chairman, CEO & President of Phillips- Medisize and as a member of the board of Spectrum Plastics Group and e+Cancer-Care, all former Kohlberg portfolio companies. Prior to his affiliation with Kohlberg, his senior executive positions included CEO of CoJen Pharma, later renamed Covis Pharma, President, North America for Teleflex Incorporated, President & CEO of BioEnterprise, and various senior-level management positions at Cardinal Health, Allegiance Corp., and Baxter International. Mr. Jennings received an M.B.A. from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business and a B.S. from Miami University, Ohio.
