Bartlett (Gus) Harwood

Mr. Harwood is a member of Kohlberg’s Investment Committee. Mr. Harwood joined Kohlberg in 2014, and was named a Partner in 2023. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Harwood was with H.I.G. Capital. Prior to that, he was in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He is a member of the board of directors of AWP Safety, CLEAResult, ENTRUST Solutions Group, GPRS, Myers EPS, Nellson, RESA Power, Sara Lee Frozen Bakery, and USIC. Mr. Harwood received a B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
