Brady Delaney

Ms. Delaney joined Kohlberg in 2020 and was named Partner in 2024. She is a member of Kohlberg’s Private Equity Investment Committee. Ms. Delaney partners with the investment and portfolio company management teams on talent acquisition, development and assessment best practices. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Delaney managed Portfolio Human Capital at Advent International. Previously, she was an Executive Search and Assessment professional at Russell Reynolds and began her career in talent acquisition at Morgan Stanley. Ms. Delaney received a B.A. in History from Trinity College, where she graduated with honors.
