Michael Bogobowicz

Mr. Bogobowicz joined Kohlberg in 2026 as an Operating Executive. He is responsible for AI and data enablement across the portfolio. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Bogobowicz was a partner at McKinsey, where he led the Data & Transformation practice with a focus on industrials and life sciences. Prior to that, he served as an architect at Citrix Systems and led several technology startups. Mr. Bogobowicz received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in Psychology & Computer Science from Brown University.
