Ashley Johnson

Ms. Johnson joined Kohlberg as an Operating Executive in 2026. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Johnson served as Group Chief Financial Officer for HCA Healthcare’s American Group, where she oversaw the financial operations of nine divisions, including 90 hospitals across multiple U.S. states and the United Kingdom From 2017 to 2022, she served on the boards of Methodist Healthcare in San Antonio and St. David’s Healthcare in Austin
Ms. Johnson began her career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Auditor She received a B. S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Central Florida.
