Matthew Frank

Mr. Frank joined Kohlberg in 2024. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Frank was a Senior Tax Manager in the Asset & Wealth Management Tax practice at PwC, where he focused on tax compliance for clients in the financial services industry. Mr. Frank received a B.B.A. in Accounting from Siena College and Master of Taxation from Baruch College.
