Mr. Dordelman has been affiliated with Kohlberg since 1991. Mr. Dordelman served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Colorado Prime Corporation, a Kohlberg portfolio company, from 1992 to 1998. Prior to that, Mr. Dordelman was Co-Chief Executive Officer of the B. Manischewitz Company, another Kohlberg portfolio company. Prior to joining Kohlberg, Mr. Dordelman was with General Foods for 22 years where he served in various management capacities including President of the Food Products Division and Group Vice President responsible for the company’s six Packaged Convenience Foods Divisions. He is a member of the board of directors for Critical Homecare Solutions, Inc. and Nielsen & Bainbridge, Inc. Mr. Dordelman holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.
