William F. Andrews

Mr. Andrews has been affiliated with Kohlberg since 1992 and became an Operating Partner in 1997. Mr. Andrews has served as Chairman of Schrader-Bridgeport International, Inc. and Scovill Fasteners, Inc., both Kohlberg portfolio companies. From 1992 to 1994, Mr. Andrews was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Amdura Corporation, a manufacturer of hardware and industrial equipment. From 1990 to 1992, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of UNR Industries, Inc., a diversified manufacturer of steel products. Mr. Andrews serves as Chairman of Katy Industries, Inc. and SVP Holdings, Ltd. and Corrections Corporation of America, and is a member of the board of directors of Black Box Corporation, Central Parking Corporation, Holley, O’Charley’s, Redaelli Tecna, SpA., and Trex Corporation. Mr. Andrews holds a B.S. from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. from Seton Hall University.
