Mr. Winter joined Kohlberg & Company in 2002. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Winter was an IT Manager with Pfizer Inc. Mr. Winter was with Pfizer Inc. for 16 years where he served in various technical management capacities within the Howmedica, Pfizer Consumer Health Care, Corporate Purchasing & MIS Divisions. Mr. Winter received a B.A. from Binghamton University and an M.S.M. from Polytechnic Institute of NYU.
