Stanadyne Corporation is a leading worldwide designer and manufacturer of highly engineered, precision-machined products used on diesel engines, primarily for off-highway applications, such as agricultural and construction equipment, and also for on-highway vehicles. The Company’s products include fuel filtration systems, fuel pumps and fuel injection equipment for diesel engines and valve train components for gasoline engines. The Company sells its products to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and through its aftermarket distribution network that serves the needs of its global installed base of products. OEM customers include the leading producers of agricultural and construction equipment, industrial products (such as power generators), automobiles, trucks, and marine equipment. The Company’s extensive aftermarket distribution network consists of 1,142 independent service dealers, the service organizations of OEMs and other major aftermarket distribution companies.
