Mr. Hollander joined Kohlberg in 2001. Mr. Hollander was named Vice-President in 2007 and a Partner in 2008. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Hollander was a Financial Analyst at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. in their Leveraged Finance Group. He is a member of the board of directors of AGY Holdings Corporation, Central Parking Corporation, Hawkeye Group, Hoffmaster Group Inc., Nielsen & Bainbridge, Inc., Packaging Dynamics Corporation and Stanadyne Corporation. Mr. Hollander received a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
