Robert D. Kroll

Mr. Kroll has been affiliated with Kohlberg since 1993 and became an Operating Partner in April 2005. His experience with Kohlberg spans five portfolio companies, beginning as President and Chief Executive Officer of The B. Manischewitz Company., which was sold in 1998. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Kroll served as President and Chief Executive Officer and later Chairman of Airport Satellite Parking, L.L.C. until the Company was sold in October 2003. Mr. Kroll also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nancy’s Specialty Foods, Inc. beginning in October 2001 and until the company was sold in August 2005. Mr. Kroll was also the Chairman of KTTI Holding Company, L.L.C. until it was sold in April 2006. Today, Mr. Kroll is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nielsen & Bainbridge Inc. Prior to joining Kohlberg, Mr. Kroll held various executive positions at Nabisco, RJR Foods and Procter & Gamble. Mr. Kroll holds both a B.S. and M.B.A. from New York University.
