Mark Nappi
Vice-President of Finance

Mr. Nappi joined Kohlberg & Company in 2005 and was named Vice-President of Finance in 2008. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Nappi was the Controller at Soros Private Equity Partners. From 1999 to 2002, he was a senior manager at Morgan Stanley & Co., in the Private Equity Controllers group. Prior to that, he was a staff accountant at KPMG Peat Marwick, LLC. Mr. Nappi received a B.S. from Siena College and has passed his CPA exam.
