Mr. Eastburn joined Kohlberg in 1997 and was named a Partner in 2001. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Eastburn ran his own consulting firm. Prior to that, Mr. Eastburn served as Chief Operating Officer of Crystal Dynamics, Inc., a developer, publisher and distributor of video games. From 1989 to 1993, Mr. Eastburn served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Scovill Fasteners Inc. He is a member of the board of directors of AGY Holdings Corp. Mr. Eastburn received a B.A. from Amherst College and an M.B.A. from New York University.
