Mr. Lee joined Kohlberg & Company in 2008. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lee was an Associate at Goldman Sachs and Company. From 2004 to 2007, he was an Assistant Secretary and Paralegal at Lehman Brothers, Inc. Prior to that, he was an M&A and Private Equity Paralegal at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Mr. Lee received a B.A. from Amherst College.
