James D. Wiggins

Mr. Wiggins has been affiliated with Kohlberg since 1996. He is currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pittsburgh Glass Works L.L.C., a Kohlberg portfolio company, and Chairman of Stanadyne Corporation, also a Kohlberg portfolio company. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Wiggins served in a variety of senior management positions at the division, group and corporate levels. He was Group President of the Stant-Schrader Group of the Gates Group of Companies from 1998 to 2000, then President and Chief Executive Officer of the Gates Group, a $3 billion subsidiary of Tomkins PLC, from 2000 until joining Kohlberg in 2002. Mr. Wiggins served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Schrader-Bridgeport International, Inc. while it was a Kohlberg portfolio company from 1996 to 1998, and prior to that, was President and Chief Executive Officer of Bridge Products, Inc., which Kohlberg merged into Schrader, Inc., in 1996. He is a member of the board of directors for Stanadyne Corporation and Trico Products Inc. Mr. Wiggins received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University and an M.B.A from Ball State University.
