Mr. Woodward joined Kohlberg in 1996 and became a Partner in 2001. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Woodward was a financial analyst at James D. Wolfensohn Incorporated. He is a member of the board of directors of Central Parking Corporation, Critical Homecare Solutions, Inc., Hoffmaster Group Inc., Nielsen & Bainbridge, Inc., Packaging Dynamics Corporation, Stanadyne Corporation, and United States Infrastructure Corporation. Mr. Woodward received an A.B. from Harvard College.
