George W. Peck IV

Mr. Peck has been a Partner of Kohlberg & Company since 1987. He was previously the Senior Partner of the executive recruiting firm, Canny, Bowen, Inc., which he joined as a Director and Vice President in 1963. Prior to that, he worked at ITT Corporation, initially in its domestic research laboratories and then at its World Headquarters. In 1970 he was a Founding Partner of Quincy Partners, an investment partnership which analyzed, arranged and structured management buyouts of small to mid-size companies. In addition, at Canny, Bowen, he identified and evaluated management for clients such as KKR and other venture capital and leveraged buyout groups, as well as for banks and other financial institutions. Mr. Peck received an A.B. from Middlebury College.
