Transaction Type: Corporate Carve-Outs, Public-to-Private Buyouts, Consolidations, Private/Generational Transitions, Recapitalizations and Distressed Debt for Control
Enterprise Value: $100 million to $750 million
Equity: $50 million to $200 million (ideal range is between $100 million and $150million)
Industry: Industrials, Consumer Products & Services (Business Services, Healthcare Services and Financial Services)
Geography: While most of our businesses are international in scope, Kohlberg focuses on companies headquartered in North America.
Control: Kohlberg is a control investor.
